At Luvexaro, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by customers, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened seed packages
  • Perishable gardening products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
